- PhaseCongruencyCorner node detects corners using log-Gabor phase congruency
- Corner response = minimum eigenvalue of per-orientation PC structure matrix
- Illumination and contrast invariant, based on Kovesi (1999)
- Parameters: nscale, norient, min_wavelength, mult, sigma_on_f, k, cutoff
