- Add genuinely used missing files to PROJECT_INDEX.md (smart_loader.py, audio_hash.py)
- Correct misleading parallel processing performance claims in architecture overview
- Add comprehensive POST_V4.2.3_DEVELOPMENT_REVIEW.md documenting 45 commits of architectural changes
- Clarify that sequential processing (batch_size=0) remains optimal despite streaming infrastructure
