LTXVImgToVideoInplaceAtIndex node
Enhanced LTXVImgToVideoInplace with:
- Arbitrary frame_idx (negative values for last frame)
- Chainable noise masks via get_noise_mask()
- Preprocessing: CRF, blur, interpolation, crop
