refactor(send_to_discord): change toggle parameters from strings to booleans
...
The parameters 'send_to_discord' and 'batch_mode' were previously using string values "enable"/"disable" which was less intuitive. Changed to boolean type for better clarity and type safety. Also updated version to 1.2.2 in pyproject.toml.
