- Add `start_fullscreen` setting to control fullscreen on startup - Implement cross-platform monitor detection using ctypes (Windows) with fallbacks - Ensure fullscreen correctly expands to the monitor where the window is located - Add F11 key and toolbar button for toggling fullscreen - Maintain window state when moving between monitors in fullscreen mode
