feat(browser): Add video workflow support and seamless cache upgrade

This release introduces a major new feature: the ability to detect and load workflows embedded in video files (MP4, WebM, etc.). It also includes a seamless cache migration system that automatically upgrades users to the new cache version without manual intervention.
