iGavroche b3b82e1cb8 perf: fix ROCm SamplerCustomAdvanced callback overhead ...

- Create previewer ONCE outside callback (was creating every 5 steps)
- Console timing at 10% milestones only instead of every step
- Prevent blocking sampling loop with excessive I/O
