- Replace old workflow screenshots and samples with new header screenshot
- Add ColorizationSample.mp4 as new demo video
- Update README to reference new assets/Header Screenshot.png
- Update README demo video path to ColorizationSample.mp4
- Clean up workflow filename (Colorize_Video_Workflow.json)
- Remove old assets: teaser images, sample PNGs, and old demo video
- Streamline asset directory with only essential files
