WAS c7a1da97c8 Add files via upload 
- Improvements to Image Padding Node -> Attempt second pass to at smaller radius for feathering to improve curve of fade. Borders aren't perfect. Not best with visualizing through math stuff.
  Now outputs a second image -- The padding mask. 
- Added Fairy Tale Filter (Req @JBles) to Image Style Filter and started a WAS Filter class for future filters
