v1.0.1: Standardize encryption key, simplify README

- Encryption key now COMFYUI_ENCRYPTION_KEY (uppercase)
- encrypt_file.py checks both uppercase and lowercase for compatibility
- Simplified README with cleaner instructions
- Added link to DriveSend at top
