Fix registry publishing config; 1.0.1
...
[tool.comfy] (comfy-cli ignores [comfy]), publisher grumpycarebear, project name linkmodetoggle so the
existing registry node is updated, version above the registry's 1.0.0.

Revert stray CRLF line-ending churn; ignore the packaging node.zip artifact
...
The working tree had picked up Windows line endings on ~10 files with no
actual content change (confirmed via diff -w). Reverted to the committed
LF versions and added node.zip (a stale ComfyUI-Manager packaging
byproduct) to .gitignore so it stops showing as untracked.
