Update pyproject.toml

- Changed FlipStreamChatJson: `temperature` and `top_p` are now inputs.
- Add FlipStreamViewerVideo: streams frames and optional audio to the viewer.
- Add FlipStreamFileSelect_DiffusionModels.
- Add FlipStreamLogger.
- Some fixes.
