Habib cb755854f1 Make DownloadFile accept local paths and fail on bad downloads 
- Allow file:// and existing local paths in DownloadFile validation (useful when ComfyUI passes cached files).
  - Load local files directly; keep http/https with UA header.
  - Raise clear errors instead of returning silent zero tensors on failed/empty downloads.
