Fix version consistency and add ComfyUI Manager metadata

- Updated all files to version 1.0.5 for consistency
- Added [tool.comfy] section to pyproject.toml for ComfyUI Manager recognition
- Fixed version inconsistencies across version.py, pyproject.toml, and __init__.py
