toriumi 3f1bcf85b7 Initial commit: GaussianSplatToMesh custom node 
- __init__.py: ComfyUI node registration
- nodes.py: PLY_DATA (Gaussian Splat) to TRIMESH conversion
  - Supports alpha_shape, ball_pivoting, marching_cubes methods
  - No Open3D dependency (scipy + trimesh + sklearn only)
  - Compatible with Python 3.13 and ComfyUI v0.22.0
- README.md: Documentation with usage, parameters, and workflow examples
