I initially thought I could make a single node that is compatible with both dall-e-3 and gpt-image-1, but later found this is impossible, because their input parameters are quite different and ComfyUI currently doesn't support changing input parameter options (e.g. quality options for dall-e-3 is "standard", "hd" and for gpt_image_quality they are "low", "medium" and "high") according to the current selection of another parameter. This version is working, I will be removing the dall-e-3 part.
