v1.4.0: random loaders output clean positive_text, add lora_text
...
- positive_text no longer contains <lora:...> tags; it matches the encoded positive exactly
- New lora_text output (last slot) carries the previous positive_text content
- Filtered loader: collapse runs of commas left after removing tags
